Ando is seeking a dedicated Tax Accountant to manage its taxation responsibilities. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with all local tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and advising on tax-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key duties include calculating tax liabilities, maintaining accurate tax records, assisting with internal and external audits, and staying updated on changes in tax legislation. Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in accounting and taxation
1 year working experience as ACCOUNTANT based in taxation
Comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prepare and file various tax returns
Experience with financial reporting and analysis
Excellent communication skills for interacting with tax authorities
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
