Key Requirements
Master degree in human resource management
Master degree in labour relations and public management
Master degree in Public administration
8 Years working experience in HR department as Senior HR manager or HR manager
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in HR software and systems
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
