Ando Roofing Products Ltd is looking for a qualified Tax Accountant to join our finance team in Dar es Salaam. This role is essential for ensuring that our company remains compliant with all Tanzanian tax laws and regulations while optimizing our tax position. You will be the primary point of contact for tax-related matters and financial reporting to regulatory bodies.
Your duties will include preparing tax returns, managing tax audits, and providing strategic tax advice to the management team. You will work closely with the accounting department to ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded for tax purposes. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of local tax codes and a commitment to financial transparency.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax roles.
2 to 3 years of experience at a senior level in a finance department.
Familiarity with the construction or manufacturing industry sector.
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills for complex reporting.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP accounting software.
Unwavering integrity, accountability, and extreme attention to detail.
Available for immediate start and relocation to Dar es Salaam if necessary.
