STOCK CONTROLLER - 2 @ ANDO ROOFING PRODUCTS LTD
We are seeking two Stock Controllers to join Ando Roofing Products Ltd in Dar es Salaam to manage our extensive inventory of roofing materials. This role is critical for maintaining accurate stock levels, preventing losses, and ensuring that our production and sales teams have the materials they need when they need them. You will be responsible for the integrity of our inventory data.
Daily tasks will include performing regular stock counts, managing warehouse staff, and utilizing ERP systems to track inventory movements. You will also be responsible for identifying discrepancies, investigating stock losses, and optimizing storage space. This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in inventory management and warehouse logistics.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
Professional certifications in inventory or warehouse management are beneficial.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in stock control or warehousing.
2 to 3 years of experience at a senior level managing inventory teams.
Experience in the building and construction materials industry is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage warehouse personnel.
Detailed-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office and ERP systems for stock reporting.
Upholds high standards of integrity, accountability, and accuracy.
Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Dar es Salaam are required.
