SALES MANAGER - 1 @ ANDO ROOFING PRODUCTS LTD
We are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead our sales force at Ando Roofing Products Ltd in Dar es Salaam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with distributors and contractors in the roofing industry. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented leader.
Responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and mentoring the sales team to achieve peak performance. You will also be involved in high-level negotiations and client presentations. We are looking for someone who can translate market insights into actionable sales plans that expand our footprint in the Tanzanian construction market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in professional sales.
2 to 3 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory position.
Experience selling building and construction materials is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems for sales forecasting.
High level of integrity, accountability, and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to join immediately and relocate to Dar es Salaam as required.
