Ando Roofing Products Ltd is looking for two Operation Managers to streamline our internal processes and enhance productivity in Dar es Salaam. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that production and logistics meet the high standards of our roofing products brand. You will be a key link between different departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Key responsibilities include managing operational costs, improving supply chain efficiency, and supervising operational staff. You will implement best practices for operational excellence and use ERP systems to monitor performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving operational bottlenecks and driving company growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business.
Professional certifications in operations or supply chain (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in operations.
2 to 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or supervisory role.
Experience within the building materials or construction industry is highly valued.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Expertise in using MS Office and ERP software for operational analysis.
High level of integrity, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
Must be available to start immediately and relocate to Dar es Salaam if required.
