Ando Roofing Products Ltd is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence in Dar es Salaam. This role is focused on developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the construction and roofing sectors. You will lead the marketing department in both digital and traditional marketing efforts.
As the Marketing Manager, you will manage the marketing budget, oversee brand standards, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities. You will collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure that our marketing messages align with our product offerings and business objectives. We need a visionary leader who can elevate the Ando Roofing brand.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM) are an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing roles.
2 to 3 years of experience at a senior or supervisory marketing level.
Prior experience in the building materials industry is a strong asset.
Proven leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, design software, and ERP reporting tools.
High level of integrity, accountability, and brand consciousness.
Ability to join the team immediately and relocate to Dar es Salaam if needed.
