Key Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or Quality Engineering.
Must be a fresh graduate with limited or no prior full-time experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
