SOLAR AND WIND TECHNICIAN @ AMSCO
As the Green Economy expands across the continent, we are seeking dedicated Solar and Wind Technicians to join the renewable energy movement in Cameroon. This role is critical for solving power instability and fueling the growth of small and medium enterprises by installing and maintaining reliable energy systems. You will work within the solar fields of Cameroon, applying your technical expertise to ensure maximum energy efficiency and system longevity.
Candidates will be part of a transformative economic shift that aims to create millions of jobs by 2030. In addition to technical maintenance, you will contribute to the environmental goals of the region by utilizing sustainable practices and following specialized training in Green Project Management. Your work will directly support the transition to a cleaner, more stable power grid, bridging the gap between environmental challenges and economic prosperity.

Key Requirements
Technical certification in renewable energy systems or electrical engineering.
Minimum of 3 years experience in solar or wind power installation and maintenance.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems.
Deep knowledge of local and international energy safety and compliance standards.
Ability to analyze and optimize energy output data for various grid types.
Proven experience in project management for field-based energy projects.
Clear understanding of environmental impact assessments for renewable sites.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks.
Fluency in both French and English to effectively operate within Cameroon.
