Key Requirements
University degree in Agronomy, Sustainable Development, or Agricultural Economics.
Extensive experience in climate-resilient crop management and irrigation systems.
In-depth knowledge of international export standards for agricultural products.
Expertise in modern soil conservation and regenerative agriculture techniques.
Track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial agribusinesses.
Advanced leadership skills with experience managing diverse field teams.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making for agricultural productivity.
Experience in implementing ESG reporting and compliance in the workplace.
Strong networking skills to build relationships within the global supply chain.
Fluency in English and Swahili to facilitate local and international operations.
