CREDIT ANALYST @ AML FINANCE LIMITED
AML Finance is a fast-growing financial institution providing short-term loans, insurance, and financial solutions across Tanzania. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical Credit Analyst to join our expanding team. This position is based in our office located in Mwenge, Lufungira, Dar Es Salaam, and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and professional excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, microfinance, or SME lending.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis and statement interpretation.
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector.
Professional qualification such as CPA or CFA Level I/II is considered an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive market research and risk assessment.
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
