CEREAL AGRONOMIST @ AMIRAN KENYA
Amiran Kenya is seeking a highly skilled Cereal Agronomist to join their dynamic team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies specifically tailored for agricultural products like agrochemicals and fertilizers. This role requires a hands-on approach, including frequent field visits and direct interactions with farmers to provide technical support and drive product adoption.
In addition to field work, the Cereal Agronomist will analyze market trends and monitor the performance of various agricultural products to ensure competitive positioning. Key Requirements
B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agronomy from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Field Crops.
Proven track record in Agrochemical or Fertilizer Sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills for seminars and stakeholder meetings.
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
Possession of a valid driving license for field travel.
Willingness to travel widely across various regions for farmer interactions.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
