TRAINING CENTER MANAGERS @ AMAZON COLLEGE
Amazon College is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to serve as Training Center Managers. These roles are pivotal in overseeing the administrative and academic operations of our training facilities to ensure high-quality education delivery. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating curriculum implementation, and maintaining the college's standard as a 'Bridge to Success' for all students. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse educational environments effectively.
The training centers are located in Mbeya and Mwanza. Key Requirements
Must possess a Degree in Education (Shahada ya Elimu).
Must possess a Degree in Business and Administration (Shahada ya Biashara na Utawala).
Proven experience in managing educational or training institutions.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Ability to work independently and manage regional operations in Mbeya or Mwanza.
Competency in administrative reporting and data management.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
Knowledge of educational regulatory frameworks in Tanzania.
Ability to meet enrollment targets and manage center budgets.
