Key Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel, apartment, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
Certificate, Diploma, or relevant professional qualification in Hospitality or related field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Proficiency in front desk software (e.g., property management systems).
