MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN @ ALUKS
ALUKS, a luxury apartment property in Dodoma, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues, and responding to guest service requests related to property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various trades to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment, or hospitality environment.
Certificate, Diploma, or relevant professional qualification in a technical field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for various systems.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with integrity and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
