ALUKS is looking for diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its luxury apartment property in Dodoma. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding high standards of hygiene and order across all guest rooms and public areas. Attendants will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, linen management, and reporting maintenance issues.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel, apartment, or hospitality housekeeping environment.
Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Team player with integrity and a strong work ethic.
Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, bending).
