Key Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel, apartment, or hospitality Food & Beverage environment.
Certificate, Diploma, or relevant professional qualification in Hospitality or a related field (e.g., service, bartending).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with integrity and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of menu items, beverage lists, and basic culinary terms.
Ability to take orders accurately and process payments.
Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
