Key Requirements
Proven track record in luxury safari lodges, hotels, or resorts
Experience in managing multi-site hospitality operations
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management skills with government and conservation partners
Deep understanding of the East African tourism market
Ability to drive operational innovation and sustainable growth
Demonstrated history of successful succession planning
Fluency in English and strong communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently between business sites
