Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior executive role.
Deep expertise within the Insurance industry and market dynamics.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of Ugandan insurance regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and building broker networks.
Ability to innovate and implement new insurance products.
Strong crisis management and decision-making capabilities.
A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
