BUSBAR TECHNICIAN @ ALTAMAASH AIAPL
We are looking for experienced Busbar Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in the UAE. This role involves comprehensive busbar measurement, cutting, bending, and punching, as well as the fabrication and installation of both copper and aluminum busbars. The technician will be responsible for the assembly of busbars in LT panels, MCC panels, and switchgear units, ensuring that all work is performed according to GA drawings and electrical diagrams. Maintaining correct phase sequences and adhering to IEC and DEWA standards are essential parts of the job to ensure safety and quality.
The salary for this position is between AED 2000 and AED 3000 per month. This is a bulk hiring opportunity offering immediate departure for successful candidates. In addition to the base salary, the company provides accommodation, transportation, and a food allowance according to its internal policies. Overtime is also available and will be compensated as per UAE Labour Law. Interested candidates should have relevant experience and a background in electrical systems or manufacturing.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in busbar fabrication and panel board assembly.
In-depth knowledge of electrical panels including MDB, SMDB, DB, and MCC.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical GA drawings and electrical diagrams.
Prior experience working in the manufacturing or switchgear industry is highly preferred.
ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Proficiency in busbar measurement, cutting, bending, and punching techniques.
Hands-on skills in the assembly of busbars in LT panels and switchgear units.
Solid understanding of phase sequencing (R-Y-B-N) for electrical systems.
Ability to comply with international IEC standards and local DEWA regulations.
Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining high-quality installation standards.
Physical stamina to perform manual fabrication and installation tasks.
Willingness to work abroad in the United Arab Emirates.
