ALSR Global Manpower Consultancy is urgently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager for a long-term project in Qatar in partnership with 4th Dimension Company. This role involves overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience in the engineering or construction sectors, specifically within the Gulf region.
Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders. Key Requirements

Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Prior experience working in the Gulf region is highly preferred.
Maximum age of 40 years as per project requirements.
