You will serve as a bridge between the design office and the field staff, ensuring technical accuracy across all project phases.

Key Requirements
Significant experience in site engineering for oil, gas, or construction projects.
Expertise in overseeing day-to-day technical operations on-site.
Ability to coordinate between design teams and site execution teams.
Knowledge of material testing, survey checks, and site measurements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities for on-site technical challenges.
Professional degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Must have Gulf experience, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Age must be 40 years or below for staff eligibility.
Fluency in English and the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
