An HSE Engineer is required for our client's operations in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety management systems and ensuring all site personnel adhere to safety regulations. Your goal is to maintain a zero-harm environment through regular training, risk assessments, and site inspections.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with additional HSE certifications like NEBOSH.
Proven track record in safety management on large industrial sites.
Ability to identify hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Experience in conducting safety training and detailed incident investigations.
Knowledge of Qatar and international safety regulations and standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to promote a positive safety-first culture.
Prior experience in the Gulf region is highly valued by the hiring team.
Age below 40 years for this professional staff position.
Proficiency in safety documentation, reporting, and auditing procedures.
