CIVIL SITE ENGINEER @ ALSERH GROUP
Alserh Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join their dynamic construction team in Sharjah. This role is essential for ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient operations by overseeing daily site activities, maintaining strict quality standards, and ensuring full compliance with UAE construction regulations. The successful candidate will act as a key figure on the site, bridging the gap between technical planning and physical execution.
In addition to technical oversight, the role involves managing materials, manpower, and equipment to meet project timelines. You will review technical drawings, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and conduct regular site inspections to resolve technical issues promptly. The package for this position includes a monthly salary ranging from AED 6,000 to 10,000, depending on experience, alongside standard perks like accommodation allowance, transportation, and medical insurance. This position offers a direct growth trajectory into Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager roles.

Key Requirements
Proven UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings for accurate implementation.
Experience in preparing detailed progress reports and regulatory documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
Strong leadership skills to manage on-site manpower and equipment efficiently.
