Al Qandeel LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our professional construction team located in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and administrative aspects of various civil engineering projects, ensuring that all on-site work is executed efficiently and in strict accordance with the project specifications and timelines. This role requires extensive coordination with site managers, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery process. The Project Engineer will also be tasked with supervising daily on-site activities, managing resource allocation, and maintaining a high standard of health and safety throughout the construction phase. Candidates are expected to monitor project budgets, prepare detailed progress reports, and resolve any technical challenges that may arise on-site. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5-7 years of experience in site work.
Good command of English language.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
Ability to manage and lead on-site construction teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budget management and cost control for projects.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with local UAE building codes and regulations.
