You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of administrative integrity within the HR operations.
In addition to contract administration, this role involves facilitating the recruitment and onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization. You will also manage data integrity for employee files and proactively monitor renewal timelines. We are looking for a professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
Proven experience in HR administration and contract management
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive employee relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
