MULTIMEDIA MANAGER @ ALPHA
We are expanding our Multimedia team and are seeking a highly creative and experienced Multimedia Manager to join our operations in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role is specifically open to UAE Nationals who have a proven track record in managing creative teams and overseeing end-to-end content production across various digital and physical platforms. As a manager, you will be responsible for defining the visual strategy and ensuring all output meets the highest standards of quality. Your daily duties will include leading a team of specialists and assistants, managing complex multimedia projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visual stories. This role requires a perfect balance of technical expertise and strategic leadership to represent the brand effectively in the multimedia landscape.
Key Requirements
Must be a UAE National (Emirati)
Prior managerial experience in multimedia or creative environments
Ability to lead projects and oversee end-to-end content production
Strong professional experience in videography and high-end photography
Skilled in professional video and photo editing software
Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools
Knowledge of printing production for brochures and marketing materials
Creative mindset with a sharp attention to visual detail
Experience in large-scale event coverage and live capture
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
