Alpha Exploration & Mineral Resource Ltd is recruiting 23 Security Officers to maintain safety and security at our mining premises in the Njombe region. You will be tasked with guarding company property, monitoring access points, and ensuring a secure environment for all employees. This position is vital for the protection of company assets and the safety of site operations.
Candidates must demonstrate high levels of alertness and professionalism. Key Requirements
Form IV Certificate
Valid Security training certificate
At least 1 year of security experience
Good communication and teamwork skills
Integrity and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
Ability to remain alert for long hours
Clean criminal record
Basic first aid knowledge
