Alpha Exploration & Mineral Resource Ltd is hiring 9 professional Drivers to assist with the logistics of staff and materials at our Njombe site. Your primary responsibility will be the safe transportation of personnel and project equipment, ensuring that all travel schedules are met while adhering to strict road safety regulations.
We require drivers who are reliable, punctual, and highly skilled in handling various vehicles. You will be responsible for the routine check-up of company vehicles, maintaining logbooks, and ensuring that vehicles are kept clean and in good working condition at all times.

Key Requirements
Valid Class C, D, or E Driving License
Minimum 5 years of driving experience
Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to maintain accurate transport logs
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills
