DEBT COLLECTION OFFICER @ ALPHA DEBTS COLLECTION
Alpha Debts Collection is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Debt Collection Officer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume debt portfolios, contacting debtors to negotiate payment arrangements, and ensuring that all collection activities comply with the specific regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in debt collection or recovery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluency in Hindi is required for debtor communication.
Proven negotiation skills to secure payment commitments.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in challenging scenarios.
Ability to manage high-volume collections and maintain productivity.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
In-depth knowledge of UAE collection regulations and legal standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases.
