BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (6 POSITIONS) @ ALMA WATER
Alma Water is expanding its footprint across the United States and is looking for dedicated Business Development Managers in multiple key regions. We currently have openings in Chicago (Illinois), New York, Houston or Austin (Texas), Central Florida, Los Angeles or San Diego (California), and New Jersey. You will play a vital role in our growth strategy, focusing on the F&B and CPG markets and managing specific regional territories to ensure brand success.
Candidates must possess a strong background in sales and business development with a minimum of five years in the industry. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, lead generation, and closing contracts with major distributors and retailers. Each manager will be responsible for their specific subregion as mentioned, ensuring localized expertise is applied to our national expansion goals. There are 6 positions available across the listed US regions.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development roles.
Deep industry knowledge in Food & Beverage (F&B).
Proven experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) market.
Track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Strong network of contacts within the retail or wholesale sectors.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools for pipeline management.
Capability to work independently and manage a local territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
