Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA or ACCA certification is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant
Proficiency in ZOHO Accounting Software
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Working knowledge of local Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations
