CIVIL SITE ENGINEER @ ALKOUS MARINE SHIPBUILDING
Alkous Marine Shipbuilding is currently seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site engineering activities to ensure that every phase of the project aligns perfectly with approved technical drawings, project timelines, and the company's rigorous quality and safety standards. You will play a pivotal role in supervising daily installation and assembly works, ensuring that all site operations comply with specific technical specifications and safety protocols.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be tasked with monitoring site progress and preparing comprehensive reports to keep management informed. This position requires close coordination with the procurement department for materials and equipment, as well as active collaboration with the Design, Estimation, and Project Management teams. By maintaining accurate documentation and enforcing health and safety procedures, you will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our marine and marina projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant site or project experience.
Marine or marina engineering experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and site execution procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills for team coordination.
Ability to supervise daily site activities and assembly works effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures (HSE) on construction sites.
Proficiency in preparing progress reports and project record-keeping.
Capacity to liaise with internal departments like Design and Estimation.
Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site technical issues.
