HCM PAYROLL CONSULTANT @ ALFAZANCE
We are looking for an experienced HCM Payroll Consultant to join our growing consulting team in Dubai. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality payroll solutions to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP HCM, or Oracle HCM, specifically focusing on the payroll modules for both the UAE and Indian markets. You will be responsible for leading solution delivery and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and professional approach.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HCM Payroll consulting.
Strong hands-on expertise in the HR - Payroll module for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP HCM, or Oracle HCM.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations for both India and the UAE.
Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on solution delivery and customer success.
Demonstrated history of working on implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex payroll configurations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to work from the office in Dubai on a full-time basis.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic consulting team environment.
