Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Agriculture or related field from a reputable institution
Experience in Agritrade sector is an added advantage
Fluent in English and Swahili
Capable of performing field-based tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Analytical mindset for market research and data interpretation
Valid driver's license or willingness to travel for field work
