SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL) @ AL SAHEL CONTRACTING COMPANY
Al Sahel Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise our high-rise building project activities in the UAE. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, schedules, and safety protocols. You will act as a key point of contact for subcontractors and the workforce, providing technical guidance to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
The successful candidate will be tasked with monitoring material usage, tracking site progress, and identifying potential technical issues before they impact the timeline. We are looking for candidates with a strong civil engineering background who are capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires immediate availability and current residency in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Direct experience in supervising site operations for high-rise buildings.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
Strong coordination skills to manage labor and subcontractors.
Familiarity with UAE building regulations and site safety codes.
Ability to track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Effective problem-solving skills to address site-level technical challenges.
Excellent command of the English language for professional communication.
Must be currently located in the United Arab Emirates.
