SAFETY SUPERVISOR @ AL SAHEL CONTRACTING COMPANY
Join Al Sahel Contracting Company as a Safety Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining a safe work environment for our high-rise construction projects in the UAE. You will be responsible for enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across the site, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring that all workers comply with standard safety practices. Your presence on-site is essential for identifying hazards and implementing corrective measures to prevent accidents.
You will also be expected to lead safety inductions, conduct emergency drills, and maintain all necessary safety documentation required by local authorities. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate safety risks to both management and the workforce. Only candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately will be considered for this position.

Key Requirements
Recognized professional certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH).
Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor in large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of UAE HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and site audits.
Experience in delivering safety training and inductions to site personnel.
Proficiency in investigating site incidents and preparing detailed reports.
Excellent observation skills and a proactive approach to hazard mitigation.
Good communication skills in English to engage with a diverse workforce.
Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Valid first-aid certification is highly desirable.
