Al Sahel Contracting Company is hiring a skilled Foreman (Civil) to lead and supervise labor teams on our high-rise building project sites in the UAE. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing the execution of concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing tasks, ensuring that the work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards. You will work closely with the site engineers to translate technical plans into practical site execution.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction of high-rise buildings.
Proven ability to lead and supervise large teams of construction workers.
Technical knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, and structural civil works.
Ability to read and interpret site layouts and construction drawings.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with engineers and laborers.
Practical experience in managing site resources and equipment.
Solid understanding of the UAE construction environment and work culture.
Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
Ability to work long hours in demanding site conditions.
