Al Sabbit HR Consultants LLC is seeking a professional and experienced HR Manager to join a growing logistics company based in Dubai, UAE. This role is specifically designed for candidates already residing within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Laws, and managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Salary for this position is AED 4,000 – 5,000 based on experience. The position requires mandatory experience within the logistics sector and fluency in both Hindi and English. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and a presentable personality to represent the organization effectively. An employment visa will be provided to the selected candidate, and a professional and structured working environment is guaranteed. Please note that an official offer letter will be issued directly by the hiring company after final selection.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in the Logistics Industry (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR operations
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution

Strong leadership and team management skills
Presentable and professional personality
Mandatory fluency in Hindi
