Our company is currently seeking a dedicated HVAC Foreman to manage heating, ventilation, and air conditioning works in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves leading a team of technicians to install and maintain HVAC systems across various project sites. You will be responsible for site supervision, ensuring that all work meets the industry standards and project timelines. The position requires a professional who is well-versed in site coordination and execution. This is an immediate requirement for our growing construction operations in the region. The HVAC Foreman will be instrumental in identifying and resolving technical issues on-site while ensuring that all safety regulations are strictly followed. You will act as a primary point of contact for HVAC-related progress and reporting to the site engineers. Key Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in the GCC region.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
Demonstrated skills in HVAC site execution and supervision.
Strong organizational and team coordination abilities.
Immediate availability to start work in Dubai.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and installations.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to manage and motivate on-site technical teams.
High attention to safety standards and operational efficiency.
Experience in troubleshooting complex HVAC equipment on-site.
