PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ AL MUNTAZIR ISLAMIC INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Al Muntazir Islamic International School is looking for a qualified Procurement Manager to oversee our purchasing operations and supply chain logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all purchases align with the institution's budget and quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and contract negotiation to drive cost-effective solutions for the school.
The Procurement Manager will also be tasked with evaluating supplier performance, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and ensuring compliance with local and international procurement regulations. We are looking for an individual who can streamline our procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and transparency. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement
At least 2 years' experience in a large organization
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management
Proven experience in vendor management and supplier evaluation
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in conducting cost-benefit and price analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (ERP)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Familiarity with local labor and trade laws relevant to procurement
