DRIVER @ AL MUNTAZIR ISLAMIC INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Al Muntazir Islamic International School is seeking a professional and experienced Driver to join our transportation team. The primary role involves ensuring the safe and timely transport of students and staff within Dar es Salaam. Candidates must demonstrate high levels of responsibility and adherence to traffic laws while maintaining the school's vehicles in good condition through regular inspections and minor maintenance. This role is vital to the daily operations of the school and requires a person of high integrity and dedication.
In addition to driving, the successful candidate will be expected to perform basic mechanical checks and report any maintenance needs immediately to the administration. Flexibility is crucial, as the role may require working outside standard school hours to accommodate extracurricular activities or special events. A clean driving record and a commitment to passenger safety are mandatory requirements for this position. Key Requirements
Valid driving licence, Class C
Minimum 3 years of driving experience on public roads
Certificate in Basic Mechanics from a recognised institution
Minimum education level: Form Four (O-Level)
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings
Good knowledge of road safety regulations
Familiarity with routes within Dar es Salaam
No history of major traffic offenses or misconduct
Ability to maintain vehicle logs and maintenance records accurately
High level of punctuality and time management
Commitment to ensuring the safety of students and staff
