Al Injaz Al Sareeh Building Contracting L.L.C is seeking a dedicated and experienced Planning Engineer to join our newly established branch in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules using Primavera P6. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate progress and potential delays to the management team, ensuring that construction projects stay on track and within budget. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in construction planning and reporting within the UAE market. We are looking for individuals who are already in the country and can transition into this role immediately. Being multilingual, particularly with proficiency in Tagalog, will be considered a significant advantage in coordinating with our diverse workforce. Key Requirements
Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Strong background in construction planning and scheduling.
Experience in generating detailed progress reports and dashboards.
Must be currently residing in the UAE at the time of application.
Ability to join the company immediately upon selection.
Multilingual skills, specifically proficiency in Tagalog, is a plus.
Possession of a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
In-depth knowledge of construction project management methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze project delays and propose effective mitigation strategies.
