Al Huqooq Law, a premier Dubai-based law firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic litigation team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse and challenging caseload spanning civil, commercial, and criminal matters. You will be responsible for representing clients before Dubai's Primary, Appeal, and Cassation Courts, as well as the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre and the Public Prosecution. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex legal landscapes with precision and strategic thinking to provide top-tier advocacy for our diverse clientele.

Key Requirements
Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Licensed to practice in the UAE or holder of an internationally recognized legal license.
Minimum of 8 to 15 years of hands-on legal practice experience.
Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Proven experience appearing before Dubai's Primary, Appeal, and Cassation Courts.
Strong drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills tailored to the UAE market.
Expertise in Real Estate & Tenancy Law and Rental Dispute Settlement Centre procedures.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Compensation Claims.
Background in construction disputes and banking & finance legal matters.
Proficiency with UAE legal technology tools and digital court filing systems.
