EXECUTIVE – QHSE @ AL GHURAIR
Join our dynamic Facilities Management team at Al Ghurair as an Executive – QHSE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our facilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all operations comply with internal policies and international safety regulations, contributing significantly to a sustainable and efficient work environment.
We are seeking an immediate joiner who possesses a strong background in safety management. The ideal candidate will conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. You will also be responsible for safety training and promoting a culture of safety excellence within the organization, particularly in the context of the UAE's facilities management landscape.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory)
2–3 years of experience as a QHSE/HSE Officer in Facilities Management or a similar environment
Arabic speaking (mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License
UAE/Dubai experience preferred
Must be available for an immediate start
Strong knowledge of international safety standards and local UAE regulations
Proficiency in performing detailed risk assessments and site audits
Excellent communication skills for training and reporting purposes
