SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE) @ AL GEEMI
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for major infrastructure projects in Liwa, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that the project is completed within the set budget while maximizing value for the company.
You will be responsible for contract administration, procurement strategies, and the valuation of work variations. This senior-level role requires a professional who can provide accurate financial forecasts and manage complex claims in accordance with UAE industry standards. Your expertise will ensure the commercial success of our road and infrastructure developments in the Liwa region.

Key Requirements
10-12 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE.
Specific experience in large-scale road and infrastructure projects.
Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
Proficiency in commercial management and dispute resolution.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and specialized QS software.
Ability to manage variations, claims, and final account settlements.
Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and forecasting.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Professional membership in RICS or a similar body is preferred.
