SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE) @ AL GEEMI
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale road and infrastructure projects in Mafraq, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all engineering and construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic leader who can coordinate effectively with stakeholders, government authorities, and multi-disciplinary teams.
As a senior member of the management team, you will implement robust project management methodologies and risk mitigation strategies. You will provide technical guidance, manage complex budgets, and ensure strict adherence to UAE construction regulations and safety protocols. Your deep expertise in road networks and infrastructure development within the UAE region will be critical to the successful delivery of our current and future development projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15-20 years of experience specifically in UAE road and infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of managing large-scale civil engineering developments.
In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws and local authority regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
Strong financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and proactive risk management expertise.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
