QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE) @ AL GEEMI
We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support our infrastructure projects in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assist in the commercial and financial management of road projects, ensuring that all work is measured and valued correctly. This role involves both office-based analysis and site-based measurements to maintain accurate project records.
You will be involved in the preparation of tender documents, subcontract management, and the monitoring of project expenditures. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with several years of UAE experience to grow within a reputable firm and contribute to the development of Musaffah’s infrastructure. Key Requirements
5-7 years of experience in the UAE as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience working on road and infrastructure construction projects.
Ability to perform accurate take-offs from engineering drawings.
Knowledge of material procurement and vendor evaluation.
Competence in preparing monthly progress payments and valuations.
Understanding of cost control principles and budgeting.
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
Familiarity with UAE construction market rates and materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related Engineering field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
