CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE) @ AL GEEMI
A Construction Manager is required to lead road and infrastructure works in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing all phases of site construction, from initial mobilization to final handover, specifically focusing on the unique geographical and logistical requirements of the Ruwais area. You will be the primary point of contact for site-level execution and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of infrastructure development and the ability to manage diverse workforces under challenging conditions. Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience within the UAE construction sector.
Extensive experience in road and infrastructure project execution.
Proven ability to manage site logistics and subcontractor coordination.
High level of proficiency in interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings.
Strong focus on quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Experience managing construction activities in remote or industrial locations like Ruwais.
Solid understanding of local safety regulations and labor laws.
Capability to produce detailed daily and weekly progress reports.
Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
