CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE) @ AL GEEMI
Al Geemi is looking for a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee site operations for road and infrastructure projects located in Mafraq, Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities, ensuring that site teams and subcontractors work efficiently and safely. You will play a vital role in translating technical designs into physical structures while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
This position requires strong site presence and the ability to resolve technical challenges on the fly. You will coordinate resources, manage equipment logs, and ensure that the project progresses according to the master schedule. Effective communication with project managers and client representatives is essential to maintain project transparency and meet delivery milestones in the Mafraq region.

Key Requirements
At least 10 years of solid UAE experience in road and infrastructure project management.
Strong technical background in civil engineering and construction methods.
Demonstrated ability to lead on-site construction crews and subcontractors.
Strict commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Experience in resource planning and equipment management.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills for handling site-related issues.
Proficiency in reporting site progress and maintaining project documentation.
Relevant Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
